Acceptance of Terms
By procuring laboratory services from ProteoGenix the client agrees that all orders placed and all services provided by ProteoGenix will be governed by the terms and conditions of the service agreement. The terms and conditions will prevail over any other terms and conditions contained in any purchase orders, confirmations or other writings submitted by the client to ProteoGenix unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by ProteoGenix.
