Pricing
The pricing for ProteoGenix Clinical Laboratory testing services are outlined under the pricing terms section of the contract. Prices are exclusive of all federal, state, municipal or other government excise, sales, use, taxes, duties, fees or other charges, and the client will be responsible for the payment of all such taxes.

Invoicing
ProteoGenix will invoice the client on a monthly basis with payment due 30 days from the date of the invoice. Each invoice will included a listing of the tests results during the applicable month and the price per test. The client will promptly notify ProteoGenix in the event of any dispute regarding the invoice, and the parties will resolve any such disputes promptly and in good faith.
